I've worn my earrings to death and now the tassels look a little messy. What do I do to fix them?

Do you have a "gift" option?
No, we do not currently offer gift packaging. But our earrings come with cute stickers, a duster bag and a note card, which feel like a sweet little present!
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please email Hart right away (firstname.lastname@example.org). Orders are shipped out the next business day, so we have some time to modify your order.
How and when are my earrings shipped?
USA: We ship all USA orders as USPS First Class Packages. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped out the next business day (Friday orders are shipped on Monday morning). Delivery includes tracking and takes 2-3 business days.
Earrings are tucked into a protective duster bag and shipped in a padded envelope.
We provide shipping to select countries via USPS and DHL. Customer is responsible for all customs and duties upon receiving the earrings.

What if I typed in the wrong mailing address at checkout?
Orders are shipped out the next business day, so if you can let us know before it is shipped out, we will be able to modify your address.
It's been a few days and I haven't received my order.
All USA orders should arrive in 3-4 days. Please check your USPS tracking information. If you haven't received it, please reach out to us right away via email.

How do I return my earrings?
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be returned in its’ original condition and with the receipt.
The customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning an item. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

I just got my earrings. How do I exchange them for a different pair?
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be returned in its’ original condition and the receipt.
I am getting married and want my bridesmaids to wear #hartearrings. What should I do?
First off, YAY! Congratulations. We offer a special discount for bridesmaid orders of 8 pairs or more. Please email Hart directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) and she'll work with you to pick out the perfect bridesmaids earrings.
Can you create earrings in custom colors for my bridesmaids?
Due to order minimums with our jewelry artisans, we currently don’t do small custom colors for bridal parties. Please order what's in stock on our website.
