We ship all USA orders as USPS First Class Packages. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped out the next business day (Friday orders are shipped on Monday morning). Delivery includes tracking and takes 2-3 business days.International:
We provide shipping to select countries via USPS and DHL. Customer is responsible for all customs and duties upon receiving the earrings.

Orders are shipped out the next business day, so if you can let us know before it is shipped out, we will be able to modify your address. After it ships, you will need to contact USPS or DHL with your tracking number.It's been a few days and I haven't received my order.
All USA orders should arrive in 3-4 days. Please check your USPS tracking information. If you haven't received it, please reach out to us right away via email.

Can I return a custom charm necklace for a refund?
We do offer refunds for custom charm necklaces; however, we charge a $25 restocking fee.
How do I add another Hart charm to my custom necklace?
Please mail it back to us with a note saying which charm(s) you'd like to add. We will then send you a Paypal invoice for you to buy the individual charm. We will ship the updated necklace in about 2 weeks.

How do I return my jewelry?
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be returned in its’ original condition and with the receipt.
The customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning an item. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
I just got my order. How do I exchange it for something else?
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be returned in its’ original condition and the receipt.

First off, YAY! Congratulations. We offer a special discount for bridesmaid orders of 8 pairs or more. Please email studio @harthagerty.com and we will work with you to pick out the perfect bridesmaids earrings.Can you create earrings in custom colors for my bridesmaids?
Due to order minimums with our jewelry artisans, we currently don’t do small custom colors for bridal parties. Please order what's in stock on our website.
