If you've already purchased custom Hart jewelry (thank you!) and want to add more charms, you're in the right spot. Simply order your charms below, and mail us your bracelet or necklace with your charm order # and any instructions on how you'd like us to place the new charms. Or, add the charms yourself! xox Hart
